It was a practical solution and everything worked well.

We stayed here for one night during a trip. The arrival at the hotel was a bit disappointing as the lobby was not very attractive but the owner was helpful and the room was old but clean and functional. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is a bit old fashioned and could be renovated and redecorated. But it is well kept and clean, so after the first shock it's just fine. The owner is very much on top of everything and is a very experienced hotelier.

they must give some more option for breakfast, i was there for 5 nights and every day same Breakfast, I have complained the reception person regarding this. 3 kms away from metro station this is one disadvantages of this property.

I would stay here again: to attend another exhibition at the Fiera Milano with advance booking

Staff: Very warm and helpful. Mr Ferruchio the ex owner would be there all the time and always willing to help. Room: Was well lit because of the natural light and kept very clean by the staff. I liked that fact that it had no carpets. The only downside in my room was that A/C was not working properly - it would only be on heater mode so I had to close it and open the balcony door to improve temp. Facilities: Were basic - but i knew that when i booked. I missed a gym room. There was no restaurant in the hotel for lunch or dinner so I had to rely on delivery. Cleanliness and Comfort: The bed was comfortable, washroom and all of the premises were very clean and since I like a naturally well lit / bright room my stay was very comfortable here. Location: Was great because was attending an exhibition which was just 10 mins drive - outside the city. Otherwise for someone visiting Milan as a tourist I would reconsider.

Value for Money: Because I booked very late it was quite an expensive four day stay. But everything in the city was either not available or even more expensive. I am sure with booking done well in advance it would be great value for money as well.

The best place to stay with an amazing staff when you go shopping around Milano

First of all, the staff is very serviciable and friendly, especially il signore Feruccio. We like the location because it's very quiet and we sleep very well. It's easy to reach from the highway and close the ARESE mall. The breakfast is great and complete. The room and the bathroom are very clean. We feel at home and we'll come back any time we'll drive through Lombardy.

At first sight,, from outside, the place doesn't look amazing. But once inside, we'll change immediately our minds and we feel good in that place.

Disappointed from Booking.com

The staff was expecially kind and helpful. Mr. Farceni (sorry if the name is not correct) was formidable!

What I didn't like, is not the fault of the hotel, but from Booking.com, They are not responsible if the Italian law doesn't allow them to put on the airco. It is Booking.com that has to inform this! Next time I'll try to book directly with hotels, and ask the appropriate information. Was very disappointed about this, when you inform customers that there is a airco, it has to work also......!

Slightly unfair price for its quality

funny to see 4* category of this hotel, owners are definitely have good sense of humor. From good I would admit that it was not so difficult to find the hotel, even if it stays in the middle of nowhere. Room price include breakfast, pls do not build any expectations to it just enjoy what is available)

Hotel definitely needs some reconstruction, furniture in the room was very shabby, bathroom was infected by mold fungus, towels were battered, and cherry on the cake - refrigerator was granted but in reality absent at all. Regarding the late return into the hotel, pls make sure receptionist is informed in advance otherwise you can be surprised that territory is closed after 11.00 pm and how to entry to your paid room is your own problem)

Accessible, 10 minutes walking to Centrale FS, small store across the street, pizza, hair salon, nail salon, lots of coffee shops, delicious food to enjoy.

better than expected

it’s so close to the FIERA Milano - 5 min by car and the hotel/ rooms are perfect- clean , I got one with balcony, air conditioning works well and staff is super friendly- very good recommendations for restaurants also just 5 Min away - greatest thing is the parking options at the house - I will come back for sure

A lovely 3* hotel

We had a balcony, a mini fridge with complimentary water, a nice size room and a television. They cleaned our rooms daily and replenished things in the room. All staff were very accommodating and there was plenty of parking spaces.

It was a new experience to have to hand in our room key everytime we left the building. We had to request slices of cheese or ham at breakfast and I wasn't aware of all of the breakfast options, such as bread, because they were not displayed.
